This page explains how to request access, correction or deletion of personal data relating to our website, Shopify apps and any connected service. No login is required to read these instructions.
Submit a request
Email [email protected] with “Data request” in the subject. Specify the RUTHH website, Shopify app or connected service, what you want us to do (access, correct, delete or clarify), and a reply email. If the request involves a Shopify store, include the store domain and an order reference only if you have one. If it concerns Meta or Google account access, identify the connected business/account and service without sending access tokens.
What happens next
We review the request, verify your identity or authority when necessary, identify data under our control and respond under applicable deadlines. We may ask for limited additional information to locate the correct merchant or record. We do not require passwords, API tokens or identity-document copies in your first message. If we do not hold the data, we will explain the relevant next step where possible.
Shopify buyer and merchant requests
The Shopify merchant generally controls its buyers' order information. Contact that merchant for changes to a Shopify order or customer account. RUTHH also processes authenticated Shopify compliance requests for the App through customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact. Deleting operational App records does not necessarily delete the merchant’s Shopify order records. Consult the COD app privacy policy.
Meta and Google requests
If a future RUTHH app or contracted integration processes your Meta or Google account data, use this email to request correction, access, disconnection or deletion of the data within our control. Revoking access in your Meta Business or Google Account settings may also stop further access, but revocation alone may not delete existing records; send a deletion request if needed. The scope of processing is disclosed when each integration becomes available. This page is a public data-deletion instructions URL, not a live automated deletion-callback endpoint.
Limits and contact
Some information may be held by Shopify, Meta, Google or the merchant rather than by RUTHH, or may need to be retained for legal reasons. We will explain any applicable limitation. Privacy contact: [email protected].
