RUTHH / LEGALTERMS

TERMS OF
USE.

RUTHH Studio · Updated 22 October 2026

These terms concern the publicly accessible ruthh.com website and enquiries about RUTHH Studio's Shopify design, software and growth services. Using the website does not, by itself, create a project agreement or license you to use a Shopify application.

Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate, but service descriptions, works in progress and illustrations can change. Features described as in development are not represented as approved, available or guaranteed. We do not guarantee particular sales, rankings or advertising results.

Service projects

A project starts only when the parties agree to its scope, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, timelines and deliverables in a separate written agreement. Website content is not a binding quote. Custom development, advertising services and ongoing management may be governed by different written terms.

Applications and third parties

Shopify, Meta, Google and other third-party platforms retain their own rules and terms. RUTHH is not those companies and this website does not imply their endorsement. App installation, subscriptions, merchant data processing and service-level commitments, when offered, are addressed in the applicable product or subscription terms. Refer to the COD app privacy policy for its data practices.

Content and acceptable use

Website text, designs and original work are provided for information and may not be misrepresented as your own. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious content through forms or infringe the rights of others. References to third-party trademarks identify relevant platforms or products.

Privacy and support

Contact enquiries and personal data are handled under our privacy notice; you can submit a data request. For project questions, use Contact; for product support, use Support. General enquiries: [email protected].

Changes

We may update these website terms and will show the revised date. Any signed agreement takes precedence for the work it specifically covers.
