This notice covers the RUTHH Studio marketing website, enquiries and support correspondence.
Information we receive
When you contact RUTHH Studio through our form, we receive your name, email, optional company and website, project type, budget range, preferred timing and message. We also process emails you send us.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries, communicate about proposed projects, provide support and maintain related business records. We do not automatically enroll enquiry senders into marketing lists.
Website hosting and providers
Cloudflare Pages delivers the website and may process IP addresses, request metadata and security signals. An email delivery provider may handle contact form submissions. Google Fonts may receive requests when the DM Sans typeface loads. Your theme preference is saved locally in your browser.
Tracking and cookies
This version does not intentionally load Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking or behavioral analytics. If tracking changes, we will update the notice and introduce appropriate consent controls.
Sharing and retention
Data is available to authorized RUTHH staff and providers necessary for communication and hosting. We retain correspondence for business follow-up and applicable obligations. Contact form submissions are not stored in a site database. Cloudflare retains technical logs under its own service settings.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights by emailing [email protected]. Requests may need reasonable identity verification.
Legal bases, location and your choices
Depending on applicable law, enquiries and support are handled to respond to your request, prepare a possible service agreement, protect our systems and meet legal duties. Website delivery, third-party fonts and operational correspondence can involve cross-border processing. You can stop correspondence, request a copy or correction of information, and use applicable objection or withdrawal rights. We do not treat an enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing.
External platforms and client projects
When RUTHH provides Shopify, Google or Meta integration services to a merchant, the merchant may authorise access to its own stores, advertising accounts, analytics or business settings under a separate project agreement. The categories of data and permissions involved depend on the requested work. Such client-account access is not part of a normal visit to this marketing website and is not automatically activated for website visitors. Before processing platform user data, the applicable product or project notice must describe the actual access, use, retention, sharing and deletion process.
Additional product policies
