RUTHH COD Form & Upsells Documentation — Ruthh Digital Help Center

RUTHH COD Form & Upsells helps Shopify merchants increase Cash on Delivery conversion and average order value while reducing fake or duplicate orders. Instead of sending buyers through a multi-step checkout, the app provides a fast, customizable one-step COD order form (Popup or Embedded) backed by server-verified discounts, conditional shipping rules, abuse prevention, real-time Google Sheets export, and deduplicated browser + server pixel tracking.

Follow these six steps to configure, launch, and verify RUTHH COD Form & Upsells on your Shopify store:

STEP 01 / INSTALL & ENABLE

Enable the Theme App Embed ↗

Open the Shopify Theme Editor (Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds), toggle on RUTHH COD Form & Upsells, and click Save. No theme.liquid edits are required.

STEP 02 / FIRST COD FORM

Configure Visibility & Form Fields ↗

Choose Popup or Embedded mode in Visibility Rules, then customize required fields, cascading Country/Province/District selectors, and styling in Form Designer.

STEP 03 / SHIPPING

Set Up COD Shipping Rates ↗

Create conditional COD delivery tiers by subtotal, weight, product, or region—or import your existing Shopify Shipping profiles in one click.

STEP 04 / OFFERS & PIXELS

Enable Offers, Pixels & Sheets ↗

Launch Quantity Offers and Downsells, connect Meta CAPI & TikTok API, configure Fraud Protection, and link Google Sheets.

STEP 05 / TEST YOUR FIRST ORDER

Place a Test COD Order ↗

Select Save as Draft Order (or Standard COD Order) in General Settings, submit a test order on your storefront, and verify the order tags (COD, RUTHH_COD), shipping line, and Google Sheets row.
