Configuring COD Shipping Rates — RUTHH COD Form & Upsells

Create, order, and publish conditional COD shipping rates in Form Builder → Shipping Rates (/app/form-builder/shipping-rates) so buyers only see delivery options they qualify for and every order is priced accurately on the server.

• You have enabled your target delivery countries in Form Builder → Form Designer (Countries card).
• You know your courier’s pricing tiers (for example, standard paid shipping below a threshold and free shipping above a threshold).

1. In Shopify Admin, navigate to Form Builder → Shipping Rates (/app/form-builder/shipping-rates).
2. Click Add shipping rate to create a new COD delivery option.

1. Enter a customer-facing Rate Name (for example, Standard COD Delivery or Free Express COD).
2. Optionally add a Subtitle / Delivery Estimate (for example, 1–3 business days).
3. Set the Price in your shop currency (0 for Free Shipping, or a positive amount stored in integer minor units).

1. Expand the Conditions section on the shipping rate card to restrict when the rate is offered:
   • Order Subtotal Bounds (minSubtotalMinor / maxSubtotalMinor): Offer the rate only when the discounted merchandise subtotal falls within your minimum and/or maximum bounds.
   • Order Weight Bounds: Restrict by minimum and/or maximum total cart weight.
   • Product Eligibility (includeProductIds / excludeProductIds): Restrict a rate to specific products or hide it when excluded products are present.
   • Country & Province Targeting: Limit the rate to specific ISO country codes and optional province/state codes (for example, offering same-day COD courier only in TR → İstanbul).
2. Arrange your rates in priority order using the list controls. The first eligible rate in your list is selected by default when the storefront form opens.
3. Click Save in the SaveBar to publish the updated cod_shipping.v1_snapshot.

• Free shipping tier appears alongside paid shipping: If you have both a paid rate (for example, ₺0 – ₺999) and a free rate (₺1,000+), set maxSubtotalMinor on the paid rate to ₺999.99 so only the free rate appears once the buyer crosses ₺1,000.
• Rate does not appear for a specific province: Verify that the province code matches the standardized subdivision code used by the cascading Province selector.
