Goal and Expected Result

Create and publish tiered Quantity Offers in Sales Booster → Quantity Offers (/app/sales-booster/quantity-offers) so shoppers can select multi-unit breaks (for example, Buy 1, Buy 2 Save 15%, Buy 3 Save 25%) either inline on the product page or inside the COD form.

Preconditions

The Theme App Embed is active on your storefront.
If you use POPUP mode and want Quantity Offers visible on the product page before opening the modal, Show product page offers (showProductPageOffers) is enabled in Form Builder → Form Designer.

Numbered Instructions

1. Create a New Quantity Offer

Navigate to Sales Booster → Quantity Offers (/app/sales-booster/quantity-offers).
Click Create offer and enter an internal name and customer-facing section heading.
Choose the Targeting Scope (all products, specific products, or specific collections via the Shopify Resource Picker).

2. Configure Discount Tiers

Add two or more quantity tiers (for example, Quantity 1, Quantity 2, Quantity 3).
For each tier, configure:
- Quantity: Number of units added when the buyer selects this tier.
- Discount Mode: NONE (standard price), PERCENTAGE (percentage off the tier subtotal), or FIXED_AMOUNT (fixed reduction in your shop currency).
- Title & Subtitle: Clear tier labels (for example, 2 Units — Save 15%).
- Badge Text: Optional callout chip such as MOST POPULAR or BEST VALUE.
- Pre-Selected Default: Mark one tier as the default selection when the offer loads.
Customize the visual card colors and border emphasis in the offer editor preview.
Set the offer status to Active and click Save in the SaveBar to publish cod_offers.v1_snapshot.

Warnings and Edge Cases

Troubleshooting Steps

Quantity Offer does not appear inline on the product page: In Form Builder → Form Designer, verify that either EMBEDDED mode is selected OR POPUP mode has showProductPageOffers toggled on.
Discount does not apply at order creation: Ensure the offer status is Active and you clicked Save so cod_offers.v1_snapshot and the server database revision match.
