Product Bundles — RUTHH COD Form & Upsells

Configure multi-product bundles in Sales Booster → Bundles (/app/sales-booster/bundles) and understand how bundle definitions are validated and projected into the sales-booster/v2 (cod_boosters.v1_snapshot) metafield.

  • You have access to Sales Booster → Bundles (/app/sales-booster/bundles).
  • The products you want to bundle are active in your Shopify catalog.
  1. Navigate to Sales Booster → Bundles (/app/sales-booster/bundles).
  2. Click Create bundle and enter a bundle title, subtitle, and promotional badge.
  3. Select the component products and variants using the Shopify Resource Picker.

2. Configure Bundle Pricing & Variant Rules

Section titled “2. Configure Bundle Pricing & Variant Rules”
  1. Choose how bundle pricing is calculated (percentage discount or fixed bundle price in your shop currency minor units).
  2. Specify whether buyers can choose variants for multi-variant bundle items or if specific variants are locked.
  3. Set the bundle status (Enabled / Disabled) and position order.
  4. Click Save in the SaveBar. Under the shared :sales-booster transactional lock, projectSalesBoosterSnapshotV2 updates cod_boosters.v1_snapshot (schemaVersion: "sales-booster/v2") with bundlesRevision and publicationRevision.
  • Snapshot Size Budget: cod_boosters.v1_snapshot enforces a strict 120 KiB ceiling (STOREFRONT_SNAPSHOT_MAX_BYTES) and never truncates silently. Keep bundle descriptions concise so combined Bundles and One-Tick Upsells remain well within the budget.
  • Inventory & Availability: Every component variant in a bundle must be valid and in stock in Shopify at the time of server pricing.
  • Bundle changes do not trigger a metafield re-publish: The publication worker only increments and publishes cod_boosters.v1_snapshot when the projected payload of enabled offers actually changes. Saving a disabled bundle without changing enabled offers keeps the published snapshot byte-identical.
